Modeling and Simulation

Modeling and simulation (M&S) is the use of models, including emulators, prototypes, simulators, and stimulators, either statically or over time, to develop data as a basis for making managerial or technical decisions. The terms "modeling" and "simulation" are often used interchangeably. In general, simulation is the mapping of a physical system into some alternative physical system, which can be easily manipulated and controlled, yet it is described by the same mathematics. Teacher can use this concepts in teaching and learning process, as it is an interactive way.  

The users can use software called STELLA, STELLA offers a practical way to dynamically visualize and communicate how complex systems and ideas really work.
