How to do it. Follow the steps below.

1. Click All Program < Accessories < Paint
2. To insert picture, click Open< select tulips from file
3. Then, select Selection shape at toolbar, make rectangular shape at the picture.
4. Select Copy < Open < Paste
5. Select Text to insert sentence. You may change the picture by clicking the colour box. You also can rotate the picture by clicking Rotate.
6. Save the picture in JPEG format.
